<description><![CDATA[Here in Manitoba, we share everything and many of the files are adapted for each region, which increases consistency around the province. We also have educators using the 20 hour course (which we do over two days). We use the WRHA breastfeeding practice guidelines and the most are using the LATCH-R tool. PHN contacts / visits within 48 hours do make a difference. We definitely need more trained peer support.]]></description>
